💥 Highly Recommended Post for Investors & Founders: We love this Post! Our Pubs in the UK are perfect social environments to network and meetup with others. I fondly remember meeting some very interesting people in Pub environments during 2013, after moving back to London after a long spell in Bristol. You won't believe it, but at that time, Bitcoin was starting to take off & some very interesting folks would gather around tables in North London Pubs, to explore & discuss this uncanny new Cryptocurrency, which was starting to evolve at the time. If my mind serves me correctly, BTC was still trading around $80 to $250 BTC, before it spiked to about $1,300 BTC. The thing that amazed me was the people I met were from all walks of life, equally fascinated about a digital asset out of nowhere, introduced to our global ecosystem by someone or entity called Satoshi! I took what I learned from these Pub gatherings about Bitcoin & moved to Barcelona, where I participated in panel speaking events & in Madrid at co-working hubs, gave talks at IESE Business school and eventually founded Blockchain Company whilst living in a Barcelona Hostel from 2014 to 2017. It was whilst living at the Blackswan Hostel with the only possession I had, my iMac, that I came back to the hostel one evening and told everyone I had just raised a first seed round of 1.25 million euros, from a Family Office who shared our vision to help create an Ecosystem for the 4th Industrial Revolution of Technologies. Subsequently, our small team I put together was invited by the AMF " Autorite Marche Financiere " in Paris, to discuss our Utility Token project in 2018, as they were working on developing a Framework for Initial Coin Offerings to pass through their Senate. We were invited back in 2019 for almost 3 hrs to determine if our project would qualify as a Utility Token & not a " Security Token " use case. We passed that litmus test & then spent 3.5 years going through a lengthy regulatory process, in spite of Covid-19, banking crisis and crypto FTX collapse setbacks. We finally got approval for our 4IR Utility Token launch in January 2023, the only 3rd utility token to be approved by a major EU Regulator.
