We gave expert evidence to the National Oracy Commission 💫 Trina Mitra and Meg Kelly from the GROW team were recently invited to give expert evidence on how mentoring, networking, and other events can improve communication skills and lead to social mobility and success in the workplace. This was part of a British Academy-funded project called 'Levelling up through talk: how does oracy influence social mobility and employability?’ by the National Oracy Commission, an independent commission which seeks to expand oracy (the ability to express oneself through speaking) education within schools as part of statutory education.
