ICYMI Super excited about my new adventure at Groundswell! And if you saw my post and didn't know what I was getting into...here's a summary. (Also, if you're in the #CSR or #socialimpact space, let me know as I'd love to chat and pick your brain!) So what do we do? Groundswell is a corporate giving and volunteering platform that helps increase the impact 💰 and reduce the administrative burden of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. Most employees have no idea (or they forget) about their company matching programs and those funds never make it to charities. And if they do request a match it can take up to 90 days to get there 😱 We're focused on empowering employees to be super givers and making it easier for companies to roll out these programs. The team is amazing and I can't wait to see what we can do (also, if you have a matching/giving/volunteering program, don't forget to use it!).

This week we’re winding down at Knit For Lewis and I it will be a chance to spend our Christmas’ with our families and a time to switch off from running a business. We’ll both be navigating this as new parents so I’m gearing up for the madness. Recently, I had an almost 3-hour long conversation with a potential new team member at Beanstalk Real Estate Solutions. It was not just an interview, it was a journey through their life, their experiences, and their aspirations. It reminded me of the importance of listening and putting others first.
