Gregg Jewett’s Post

Thanks to those who registered & attended the program titled "Resilience in Pharma - From Surviving to Thriving in the Pharma Industry" featuring keynote speaker Dr. Nii Addy! If you missed it, here are some of the highlights: - It's imperative to know the communities we identify with, the roles we play at work, and the importance of promoting self-care. In challenging situations, it's essential to address "Imposter Syndrome" openly and be comfortable with ourselves. As men of color, there's no need to power through every situation. Emotional challenges are real, and acknowledging them is crucial. - Remember to schedule relaxation time just like work meetings. Allocate time for yourself and your loved ones; your support system is as important as work. Look out for each other, be supportive, and watch for signs of excessive stress or pressure that may lead to harm. Do not ignore messages or signs when they are directly expressed.
