What an amazing first two weeks with The Toy Association! Incredible start in St. Louis at ASTRA meeting industry leaders Sue Warfield Mary Couzin and making new connections with the specialty toy community like Richard Derr. Then on to NYC for introductions to the very talented teams serving the toy industry at the association and The Toy Foundation. While shopping in NYC, I even ran into an old friend🦒! Tuesday meant celebrating the inaugural International Day of Play at the United Nations with the LEGO Group leadership and our prior Toy Association Chair Aaron Muderick. Finally on to DC, to meet with our world class team of regulatory and governmental affairs experts that works tirelessly on behalf of all association members. So many positive meetings, connections, and events…with a ton of opportunity ahead. #toyassociation #astra #internationaldayofplay #positivemomentum #opportunities
