This Fathers Day weekend hits a little different for me… my life is so wildly different now than even a short five years ago and I truthfully have my kids and especially my beautiful wife to thank for it. They have supported me in a drastically different career and lifestyle and enabled us as a family to forge our own path. From learning how to hatch chicks, raise goats, harvest hay, work with horses, repair equipment, and partner together for the never ending chore list - it’s been full of insanely difficult challenges but ultimately guided us to a more simple and fulfilling lifestyle. I couldn’t do it without them. It’s kind of crazy the different turns life takes you and having their support through so many new and life changing experiences is something I’ll always cherish and be so grateful for. It has been incredible to see them all grow and find their own passions and how they want to contribute to the world. Side note to hiring managers, if you ever get a chance to hire farm kids, do it. You’ll find that they have an unparalleled work ethic, commitment to taking care of others and have animals lives dependent on them, they are resourceful, have fun while they work (and only complain or fight for their parents but not other employers 🙂) and learn how to problem solve and be creative by the time they join the work force. Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing Dad’s out there. 🤘🏻💪🏻

Incredible to see the vision you spoke of brought to life through commitment and family! #hugeblessings
I remember 4 years ago talking about you creating something true to you and working alongside your family. It's so amazing to see how you've collectively brought your vision to life. We admire you and your family so much, Greg & Brittany!
I love that you are thriving as a dad and in your new career. My favourite time with you was when we sat at one of the Salomon dinners in Annecy and chatted like old buds.
Yes, quite different than the Greg Randall I knew but love your story and love what you are doing! All the best Greg.
Happy Fathers Day, Greg. So cool to see this!!

3wYay Greg! I'm so proud to know you and witness this journey you've been on. I'll cherish the short time we got to work together, and always be grateful to another wonderful human, Jon Rockefeller, for introducing us. Thanks for being one of my all time favorite work partners, and for continuously inspiring me.
