Yesterday marked my six-month anniversary since being promoted to Director of Business Development at Court Enforcement Services. Reflecting on my time in post so far fills me with immense pride and excitement for what lies ahead. In these past six months, our team has achieved remarkable feats together: - Enhanced Collaboration: We've implemented new ways of working collaboratively, which has benefitted both our team internally and our clients, who have recognised a more fluid service. - Empowering Team Members: It's been incredibly rewarding to witness team members not only stepping into their own and thriving in their roles, but absolutely flourishing. - Enhanced Service Levels: During this period, we've received some of the highest placement volumes of the year. However, alongside this we've also worked to reduce visit times and increase recovery rates. Notably, both monthly visit volumes and remittance values have increased for many clients, which shows the dedication of our Operations Team and their commitment to delivering industry-leading results. - Strengthened Client Relationships: Above all, we've deepened our relationships with both new and existing clients by demonstrating our unwavering commitment to being a professional, client focused and approachable High Court enforcement partner. I'm proud of what the first six months has brought, and with some really exciting projects already in the pipeline, I have no doubt that the remainder of this year will be filled with even more accomplishments, growth, and success..... watch this space 👀

It's always a party at Door No. 3! Hat tip for celebrating 30 years in business. I'm grateful to be part of writing this current chapter. From a new business perspective, it's no small feat to grow an agency. For 30 years, no less. Striking the right balance of growth is a delicate dance. Providing excellent care for your existing clients while running ahead to cultivate new clients. Building a sticky culture where top talent wants to stay while creating demand to grow the bench. Marketing for others, while also marketing for yourself. Staying heads down in the work while staying up on constantly evolving trends. You get it. Holding all of these tensions is the daily work of growth. It's the daily inputs, those little disciplines that compound over time. Keep at it today!

⭐️ Cheers to 20 years ⭐️ We are excited to share that March 10 marked Red Team's 20th anniversary. We are humbled by the incredible journey of the past two decades. What began as a one-person company in March of 2004 has far exceeded our initial expectations. Like most small companies figuring out how to survive, we relied on our wits, experience, and a little bit of luck to overcome hurdles. We were also incredibly fortunate to have so many talented people join us that were driven by the same commitment to excellence, integrity, and humility. Companies don’t flourish for 20 years without the love and dedication from its staff, and we are no exception – our collective team has allowed us to not only survive but prosper during the most challenging times. Looking back on 20 years, we can confidently state that our aspirations were modest; we were just focused on helping our clients navigate federal procurement. Little did we know that we were really empowering them to make strategic decisions to achieve their long-term growth objectives. It is an honor to be entrusted by so many companies to support their growth – further, we are appreciative of how welcoming industry and government have been to our company over the years. As we look to the future, we aspire to continually help our clients expand and achieve their goals beyond where they are today. Together We Can Achieve Everything......

Since I joined REAL, here are a few things I have experienced with the brokerage that have helped me to elevate my business, serve my clients better and have a positive impact on my personal life. (in no specific order) 1.  The company philosophy of sharing information and resources not just within REAL but also externally with other agents. I have not experienced such a high level of information and resource sharing ever, during my career in the real estate industry. The thought behind this is that by helping other agents do better, we can elevate the real estate industry. 2.  The most productive referral network I've experienced in my 14+ years as a Realtor. I have been able to will this to my spouse which gives me peace of mind. As an independent contractor I'm responsible for my own retirement plan so this is a big win in my books. 4.  Being treated as a partner. A business model designed to be mutually beneficial and focused on our growth, personal and business and our client's satisfaction . Ongoing design of tools and programs designed with the Realtor/Independent Contractor and Client in mind. 5.  Top tier Masterminds and high-quality educational seminars on the most current topics. I've done plenty of these in the past and the level I have experienced at REAL exceeds any. 6.  Streamlined transaction process that consistently saves huge time blocks. Also, the seamless Team transaction management, and current business reporting at our fingertips. 7.  The Wealth Plan, a business planning tool that is integrated into our daily use app. It takes minutes to setup and can be updated on the fly at any time. 8. The ReZen App, everything I need for my business in one place. It's convenient and I'm always connected to everything and everyone that I need to run my business efficiently and effectively.
