During my 25 year federal government career, I created and directed training and mentoring programs to increase minojrity representation. As manager, EEO officer, and NTEU steward, I worked to improve working conditions, decrease discrimination, and increase salaries.

Government “workers” require a profit making worker to provide the revenue to keep them employed. The government has no money . It only has what it takes from the private sector whether by taxes borrowing or inflating the currency.
