Congratulations to my Dad on being named Chair of NEMA's Grid Sector Leadership Committee!

We are still hiring for Lutron's 2024 Sales Leadership Development Program. When I joined Lutron in 2018, I was apart of this program. SLDP provided me with a foundation that launched my career. I had no idea what I was getting myself into... Upon competition of the program, I was able to accomplish the following. - Move from our corporate headquarters in Pennsylvania, to Washington State, to Atlanta, GA and then back to Pennsylvania in 5 years! - Receive the Home Depot Homer Award. This was awarded to me for being a strong business partner. - Accepted roles within our retail business, distribution business and am now in the middle of a corporate HR rotation. - Onboarded multiple Rep Partners in the Southeast. - Attend multiple industry events to focus on continuing to expand my knowledge of the electrical industry/ improve my professional skills. - Work closely with Lutron's leadership team to implement new processes/ launch new products. - Earned the nickname Dimmer Diva 😉 - I now manage SLDP! This is one of my proudest accomplishments. I never would have imagined when I first walked into Lutron's doors that I would in a couple years manage that prestigious program... This is a longwinded way for me to say, I would not have been able to accomplish any of this without the mentorship and coaching that SLDP provided to me. And just like that, my first SLDP and MDP class has graduated. Time flies when you’re having fun! I am so incredibly proud of this group. They have worked hard, put in the extra hours, became product experts and of course they presented. I know they will excel in their first official assignments. I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported this group. Our Lutron community has rallied together to continue to grow and invest in our people. Whether it’s our Lutron community, rep agents or customers who helped train this group, I cannot thank you all enough. My first year as this program leader has been a blast and I’m looking forward to next year. I want to give a special shout out to Chelsea Till , Rhett Thomas , Liza (Blank) Hess , Michelle McGuire LEED Green Associate , Kathie Leslie , Susana Josa Sánchez and Thomas Ike. Your mentorship and leadership has been key to a successful program. Thank you!

Last week Lutron gathered our NA Sales and business development teams for the first time since 2020. Being surrounded by our culture is always reinvigorating and my new role allowed me to speak in front of the entire group. Thank you Holly Kosek and Susana Josa for allowing me to share the stage with you! Being apart of an organization that invests in their people is one of the many reasons I love working for Lutron. Not only did we have our sales meeting, we also hosted our service awards. It’s hard to believe I’ve been working at Lutron for 5 years. In those 5 years, I’ve moved 3 times, cross country twice, and am now leading the developmental program that I was once apart of. Who would have thought.

I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Sales Leadership Development Program Supervisor at Lutron Electronics!
