Our first-ever HR Pulse Report has been launched! This project is aimed at uncovering the latest trends and insights shaping the future of HR. The final report will be published in September 2024 and will cover key issues and emerging themes that are top-of-mind for HR leaders and practitioners today -- employee engagement, HR tech, legislative compliance and more. This data will be invaluable to HR teams to use and leverage for strategic HR planning purposes. We invite organizations of ALL sizes and industries to participate. Participating involves completing a questionnaire (it will take 5-10 minutes to complete) and the participants will receive the raw data AND will be the first to receive the published report. Are we equipping our HR managers and associates with the right tools? 🧐 After skimming through a multitude of HR tools available online, it's evident that a vast majority are focused on HR operations. 🔴 But are these tools truly aiding HR professionals in meeting their KPIs? Take, for instance, some common HR KPIs: ▪️ Employee Engagement Index: Companies aim for higher employee engagement to boost productivity. ▪️ Net Promoter Score: Firms desire their employees to be proactive brand ambassadors for recruitment. ▪️ Employee Satisfaction Index: Naturally, higher employee satisfaction leads to greater output. → These metrics, while subjective, are crucial. Although there's an abundance of tools like surveys and feedback forms to gauge these indices, the question remains: do HR professionals have access to tools that not only measure but also enhance these metrics? - Which is why we raise an important question: are HRs equipped enough to achieve their goals? - Do HR tools extend beyond mere operational assistance? - Are we supporting our HR teams in enhancing the metrics that truly count? ✅ We would like to hear from the HR community.
