In my experience, integrating any prioritization process is an evolutionary process, and the team will eventually come to Detailed RICE (or their version of the Detailed framework) over time. I am trying to understand why it's called a new framework. Over time, more data and product understanding accumulate, allowing for more accurate calculation of the effect of any given initiative.
