Those mysterious red lights captured by the pilot have intrigued many! According to reports, the photographer is a pilot named Dustin Maggard, who saw and photographed the glow from 31,000 feet over the ocean. The eerie red patches were visible through the clouds over the Atlantic Ocean. While theories abound, one possibility is that the red glow may be due to a unique fishing tactic used by boats fishing for Pacific saury—a type of baitfish. These saury are attracted to the surface of the water by bright red lights, making them easier to catch in the nets of commercial fishing vessels. Interestingly, similar phenomena have been spotted in the past, both by other pilots and even by the International Space Station. So, while it remains a captivating mystery, it seems that the glow might have a practical explanation related to fishing practices in the area¹². 🌟 (1) Pilot Snaps Weird Red Glow Beneath Clouds Unlike Anything He ... - Newsweek. https://lnkd.in/d6mg5pWu. Do you know why birds move in V-formation? The birds in the front break through the air taking all the pressure and creating a free lift zone for the ones at the back, who then have to use very little energy to keep moving. Then: They take turns leading. So that the pressure is not shouldered by a few. The V-formation builds a support system for the entire flock during long journeys. It reduces flight fatigue. It's a secret success formula of teamwork that many animals in the animal kingdom have been following for eternity. Teamwork is an engine that propels an idea, a project, a business forward in the long run. “Nobody Achieves Anything Alone" Working in collaboration and cooperation for a common purpose is when the magic happens. Your thoughts? #teamwork #teamsupport #purpose

A Sense of a Goose Chicken Soup for the Soul by Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen When you see geese flying along in “V” formation, you might consider what science has discovered as to why they fly that way. As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following. By flying in “V” formation, the whole flock adds at least 71 percent greater flying range than if each bird flew on its own. People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going more quickly and easily because they are traveling on the thrust of one another. When a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to go it alone — and quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird in front. If we have as much sense as a goose, we will stay in formation with those people who are headed the same way we are. When the head goose gets tired, it rotates back in the wing and another goose flies point. It is sensible to take turns doing demanding jobs, whether with people or with geese flying south. Geese honk from behind to encourage those up front to keep up their speed. #uplift #teamwork #taketurns

🎯 Our mission is to advance ocean governance through increased transparency of human activity at sea. 🙏Thanks to the generous support of The Audacious Project, we will map over one million vessels and all fixed infrastructure at sea in the next 5 years and make this information freely accessible to all. 🛰️ By utilizing our cutting-edge technology, we will combine GPS data with satellite imagery and use machine learning to develop an interactive map that offers a comprehensive view of all human activity at sea. 🤝 Our hope is to unleash a new wave of transparency to help governments make informed decisions when it comes to ocean management and governance.
