Govt/PSU Sector Employees Ex - Armed forces, IAS, IPS, Doctors, Judges, NCERT, NTPC Limited Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Iocl) etc 2. Private Sector Employees Tata Group Reliance Industries Limited Adani Group Aditya Birla Group Jindal Group etc 3. Royal Employees Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) Indian National Congress #aap,#tmc #sp #bsp #jds #tdp #bjd #sad #cpi #dmk #aiadmk etc. First two are selected through screening, they require certain qualification, good academic score, Competency etc. Here, problem is RCNH. RCNH acts like Oxygen without it, you can't get a peon's job. Royal Employees don't need - qualification, - skill - Competency - Physical & Mental Fitness They need employer's recognition. They are being elected for 5 years. Akbar : What's their Salary, perks and other facilities ? Birbal: They get.. -Rs. 3-5 Lakh/month, -free/subsidised delicious meal, - free transportation,(Chopper, Helicopter) - Free security - Free name & fame - Pension, Additionally they get the power to squeeze the employers, they use their veto power to throw the IAS/IPS at their will. They can engage their relatives in Sports, Universities, PSU at top posts. As salary and perks are not sufficient for them to quench their thirst, they collect money from Industrialists as #elctoralbond Akbar : What's their cor job ? We are thrilled to announce that the TRRAIN Job Fair in Kochi last week surpassed all expectations, marking a monumental success. With the enthusiastic participation of 18 esteemed retailers including Reliance Smart and Trends, Baskin-Robbins, IFB Industries, and more, alongside the presence of 7 additional employers, the event showcased a vibrant opportunities. A total of 75 PANKH and 150 THA trainees actively engaged with upto 5 companies each, demonstrating the breadth of possibilities on offer. I'm glad to share this with you all. Last month, on the same date, July 7th, I anchored a truly special event named "Inclusive Job Fair for Economically Weaker and Disabled Individuals," which is being organized by the Training and Placement Cell of Maharaja Agrasen College (University of Delhi) and the Equal Opportunity Cell in association with Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, and this event was supported by osram leadership. The event took place in the presence of our respected principal, Prof. Sanjeev Kumar Tiwari, Shri Kuldeep Kumar, MLA representing Kondli constituency from the Aam Aadmi Party, and Shri Raj Kumar Anand, Minister of Social Welfare, Govt. of Delhi. It was my pleasure to be a part of the event. The key learnings from this experience of mine are: 1) One should be ready for last-minute changes because it happens in almost every event like this, and if you are taking it like a cultural event, then you're going to get anxious during the event. 2) I have done some cultural events till now, but trust me, this is something I have done or experienced for the first time, and it's worth it. 3) Doing an event that is different from my genre (I love to do cultural events though, but this one was cool as well) and still doing it really well and getting appreciated for the same is a different kind of feeling. 4) This experience has taught me that you'll never feel fully prepared. Do it anyway, do it while you're scared, and embrace the discomfort that comes with it.Because action erases fear. #anchor #event #college

24-year-old Chandan from Faridabad, #Haryana, had a dream many can relate to–he wanted to earn a degree, find a fulfilling job, and support his family. However, despite completing his schooling, his #disability, a congenital deformity on his right upper limb, made it seemingly impossible for him to find a steady employment. This is where AIF’s Ability Based Livelihood Empowerment (#ABLE) stepped in. ABLE works to provide #PersonswithDisabilities (PwDs), who are routinely alienated from the job market, with the access and skills they need to not only earn dignified #livelihoods, but also be part of contributing to the nation’s economic growth. As part of this work, ABLE hosts job fairs for PwDs and connects them with employers across industries. After attending one such job fair in #Noida and receiving support from ABLE’s team, Chandan aced an interview with Genpact and landed a job as a #ProcessDeveloper. ABLE has hosted job fairs across six cities for over 1,000 PwDs, with over 60% of individuals securing jobs from the events. And this is just the beginning–ABLE is set to host 25 more job fairs across 25 cities, empowering thousands more PwDs to connect with inclusive employers. There are over 26 million PwDs in India, and while many of these individuals are employable, deep-rooted societal stigmas and a lack of inclusive infrastructure and support keep them jobless.
