Following my December study (https://lnkd.in/gqjJctCw) with the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab) I have now completed the second installment in the series. In this piece, I examine the rise of multi-faction video collaborations, evolving methods of storytelling through video editing, and continue the faction-driven analysis of the ongoing Israel-Gaza War. I have continued to collect data throughout the conflict and have now analyzed more than 670 releases since October 2023.

💫 In an exclusive interview with #GIJN, The Washington Post head of investigations Jeffrey Leen gives Rowan Philp a behind-the-scenes look at their investigation into the 40-year-old-disappearance of Granada's leader. A probe which, according to Leen, will "take you further than anyone has before." The two discuss reporting techniques and challenges, how the investigative landscape at the Post changed since Jeff Bezos acquired it in 2013, long-term investigations originating from outside the investigative team, and more. It's Monday! Time for another episode of Radio Free 501c brought to you by Rogue Tulips Consulting. Every year since 2012, Association Laboratory has conducted an environmental scan of the association space. The report is "Looking Forward" and my guest Dean West, FASAE, and I discuss the 2024 edition. Workforce/staffing concerns and artificial intelligence are top issues affecting associations today, and the report database takes users into a deep dive of all the factors tested in this annual study. We discuss the experience of newer generations, professions being pushed against each other, and how the data can support governance reformation. This study is so detailed it even makes predictions -- find out which ones were on target! This conversation will peak your interest and make you wonder what's next. What do you see when you look forward? Share a comment! https://lnkd.in/eYB9dg_G
