There’s nothing like a little Glenn Sanford in Boulder on a Wednesday afternoon. Glenn spoke at my university class, recorded a podcast episode with me, and stuck around to help my students dive deep into the future opportunities and challenges for eXp Realty. It’s always a pleasure to hear his story, from modest beginnings being an agent himself, to founding eXp, resisting the urge to have any physical offices, and growing the company to be the #1 brokerage in the U.S. based on transaction volume (and currently the highest valued public brokerage) — often going against the grain of conventional wisdom and with a deep and consistent focus on the agent. And after his hour-long lecture and Q&A, Glenn stuck around to spend time with the student team assigned to eXp Realty for the semester. I’m a bit biased, but how cool is that?
