Assess, train and coach individuals to be more effective leaders and managers and work with teams to solve management problems: underperforming teams, culture challenges and failure to plan, execute and grow.
Wow! American office workers average only 1.45 days/week in the office. We are clearly, firmly in the hybrid work world and, CEO's who want their teams in the office not withstanding, it behooves all companies with office workers to have a rational policy on "when" and "why" the team needs to be onsite. If you don't have such a policy in place already, here are some data points. And, you can always ask your team what would work for them. https://buff.ly/44du6nS

The 5-day office week is dead. People are working nearly 1/3 of days remotely. Flexibility is worth as much to people as an 8% raise. What we value most is skipping the commute. We dislike schlepping more than working. Hybrid is the present as well as the future. #hybridwork

Something I’ve realized about hybrid-led work: It’s not just about skipping the commute... It’s about what you do with the time you save. See, I was commuting roughly 2 hours each work day. Going hybrid has given me 32 hours back each month. What did I do with all that time? With 4.2 extra days working days each month… I invested in two agencies at the end of 2023. Imagine if I was still commuting to work as often as I did… Would I still be able to work on other businesses? Possibly— But it would be infinitely harder to juggle. So I have to wonder: Why are we still stuck in the 9-5 office cycle... …when we can achieve more with full location freedom? Because life shouldn’t be just about making ends meet— It should be about making the most of every second we have— In ways that bring us true fulfillment. And for me, hybrid work has made that more possible than ever.
