Each month, Girls on the Run Las Vegas Board members watch, read, or listen to an item selected to help them think about IDEA issues (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility). We call it IDEA Quest. At the monthly Board meeting, time is set aside to discuss the assignment. This helps us keep IDEA issues top of mind as we do the work of governing an organization that teaches IDEA to girls and gender expansive youth across Vegas Valley.
