Celebrating and recognizing our 2024 Girls Meet the Workforce Host Companies! Our externs have completed their training and are now off to their matched companies. Thanks to these dedicated host companies, these girls will gain hands-on experience in the workforce while building their network to catapult their careers. Our Girls Meet the Workforce Externship Program is a job readiness opportunity for current 9th-11th graders. Its purpose is to help girls identify their career interests and prepare them for today’s workforce. The high need for this program is clear, as it provides invaluable skills and networking opportunities essential for these girls' future success.
