Great summary of the evolution of Enhertu from a breast cancer drug to its recently expanded FDA approval across all nonresectable or metastatic HER2-positive tumors. The piece highlights the pan-tumor clinical trials that included patients whose tumors express HER2 regardless of where their tumor was located and the results that support the use of this antibody drug conjugate in many tumor types.
