* The Power of Slow Speed: Lessons from Hong Kong Trams * In the world of fast-spaces product development, we often priortize agility and high-speed execution. However, there are moments when slowing down can yield remarkable and lasting results. Hong kong trams serve as a perfect example of this phenomenon. Despite their slow pace, these iconic vehicles have captured the hearts of locals and toursits for over a century. The charm of Hong Kong trams lies in their unhurried journey through the bustling city streets. Their leisurely pace allows passengers to deeply connect with their surroundings, taking in the vibrant sights and sounds of the urban landscape. Their slower experience fosters a sense of immersion and appreciation, creating a lasting bond between riders and the city itself. In the realm of product development, embracing a slower approach can lead to more thoughtful outcomes. It allows for thorough testing, deeper exploration, and a heightened focus on quality. By taking the time to understand customer needs and actively engage with them, product teams can establish meaningful relationships and create products that resonate on a profound level. #productdevelopment #agility #Slowspeed #customerengagement https://lnkd.in/gE2J7Jhv

🧧 Happy Chinese New Year! 🐉 The Chinese New Year period, the most important festival for many ethnic Chinese people, has begun. This festival is all about family and togetherness. People travel long distances, facing huge traffic jams, to have meals, light fireworks, share gifts and money packages. And just be with their families in their hometowns. This time it’s the start of the year of the Dragon. This mythical creature has a strong symbolic value in Chinese culture. It symbolises power, strength, and good luck. May this year bring us all more strength and good luck for all! Chinese New Year also challenges those involved in production and supply chain. Factories often halt production for weeks, logistics become more complex, and high turnover in staff may lead to delays or quality issues after the festival. It is important to remember that for many people working in the factories, Chinese New Year is the only time of the year when they can meet their families and see their children growing up. Understanding and respecting the importance of this cultural celebration is important. What is your personal experience with this festival? Share your comments to learn from each other experiences! #ChineseNewYear #Chinasupplychain
