𝐀𝐈𝐁 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥. AIB begins trialling Copilot for Microsoft 365, a generative artificial intelligence (AI) - powered digital assistant that supports staff creativity and productivity. AIB has been reviewing opportunities for AI deployment across a range of use cases and the bank is rolling out Copilot to a number of users across the organisation to explore its capabilities. Johnathan Duggan, Chief Data & Analytics Officer at AIB, says AI “has the potential to be a key enabler in the delivery of the Group’s recently launched three year strategy as well as providing a learning opportunity and platform for all involved in the trial. It’s great to be at the forefront of the Irish banking market in trialling this product.” "AIB and Microsoft Ireland have a long-standing strategic relationship, collaborating to deploy innovative technologies over many years.
