AIB begins trialling Copilot for Microsoft 365, a generative artificial intelligence (AI) - powered digital assistant that supports staff creativity and productivity. AIB has been reviewing opportunities for AI deployment across a range of use cases and the bank is rolling out Copilot to a number of users across the organisation to explore its capabilities. Johnathan Duggan, Chief Data & Analytics Officer at AIB, says AI “has the potential to be a key enabler in the delivery of the Group’s recently launched three year strategy as well as providing a learning opportunity and platform for all involved in the trial.
