Next time you feel overwhelmed, this is where you start.  Number one, know that: → There's nothing to be ashamed of.   → There's nothing to feel guilty for. Because, truth is, it's actually a positive sign.  It's a sign that you have to adjust something in your strategy to accommodate your current reality. Think about it. If what you're doing day in and day out all of a sudden feels overwhelming, it simply means the same actions aren't having the same results.  Something changed, and all you need to do is adapt for it. It may be called the The 30-Day Joyful Equity™ Challenge, but let me be clear: Constant advocacy in the face of systemic racism, discrimination, and bias takes a tremendous toll on our minds and bodies. The burnout is real, and the resistance is relentless. My challenge is not meant to invalidate these truths.
