AI is the new pickaxe for data mining. In a world drowning in data, AI can dig through digital mountains and yield valuable nuggets of insights. It's faster. It's sharper. But the AI gold rush sparks fresh questions. Who stakes a claim on the algorithms? Or the data they unearth? Or the insights spawned from them? Where many publishers and content creators were willing to embrace liberal TDM policies in the pre-generative AI days, should we now be circling our wagons?
