We work with a lot of community associations to help them better serve their stakeholders, and there is a growing need as people want to be more connected Excited to even see some new community associations start over the years Here are ten steps that we've seen people take when starting one 1. Form a Core Group 2. Define the Purpose and Boundaries 3. Engage the Community 4. Host an Initial Meeting 5. Establish Organizational Structure 6. Incorporate the Association 7.
