Just curious about who is stopping women from publishing SEO articles. I think anyone can publish their articles on their own blog/website. Why do we need validation from other websites to prove that only men or women contribute SEO articles? With the same logic, why is Moz allowing only Women SEO, with 68% being women authors?

Today's prompt for the #WTSLinkedInChallenge is "what advice would you give to someone who is just starting out in SEO?" The 2 most important things when you're just starting out are: 1. Don't be afraid to ask for help 2. Just do it There are so many great, friendly SEOs who are always willing to lend a hand to another. With a community like Women in Tech SEO, you can ask others for help if you need it. Lean on the community and remember there aren't any dumb questions. It's also super important to put your skills into practice. You can read a million articles, take all the courses, and talk about SEO all day, but the best learning comes from actually being in the trenches. Create your own blog and implement what you've learned. I started out this way and learned so much from trying to rank my own site!

Erika Varangouli would be the voice of reason in a SEO of crazy controversial opinions, posting more on the intersection of #contentmarketing and SEO. An additional shout-out as part of the few incredible #Greeks in SEO. Olga Zarr SEO & Kristina Azarenko are my go-to influencers for Technical SEO. I have used their tools/templates and have signed up to both their newsletters, I had to group them together :) --- 📅 --> Many of the ladies in this post will be speaking at the Digital Olympus Event event in the Netherlands.
