Let's continue the celebration of Customer Service Week by shining a spotlight on Bombas and their not-so-ordinary customer service team. 🧦 Called the Customer Happiness Team (CHT), members of this crew have an innovative approach to caring for customers. They answer questions, help with returns or exchanges, and listen to feedback to inform better company strategy. ✨But that's not all!✨ The CHT also has an ongoing project called "Surprise and Delight," where they seek opportunities to provide specially tailored moments to brighten someone's day. An example of this is a viral story (link in comments) where the team chose not to accept a customer's holiday return. Instead, they encouraged the customer to keep the purchase and share it with family and friends, fostering loyalty and yes — happiness. Now, that's what we call a win-win situation. What a way to kick off the first days of the official summer months! ☀ As we stepped into June and looked back at this year, we cannot help but be so very proud of our whole team. In last year’s customer satisfaction survey, we received a lot of positive feedback on our improved delivery accuracy throughout 2023. We are happy to tell you that we have successfully continued on this path during the first months of 2024 as well! 💙 💎 This is a testament to our team’s dedication and hard work. We have had some struggles in the past, but we have never let them bring us down. Instead, we have carefully analyzed our processes, learned from our mistakes, and fixed the issues. It has not happened overnight, and if you have been following us long enough, you might have a good idea of what has been happening inside our factories. Not all of the changes have been major; some have been mere fine-tuning of well-functioning things, but in the bigger picture, they all matter. 🏭 One of the latest changes we made in Vuorela during the first months of this year was done in our part manufacturing.
