3. Stages in optimization
They are 3 stages in the optimization and combined all of them are of total 3 years. The planning stage and only the planning stage can be reduced.
3.1. Planning
That is the process of current evaluation and plan of the further stages or just planning the next stage - implementation.
When there is no current evaluation and direct planning is present, the planning stage is shorter and if is done properly we shouldn't see much of a difference in the final numbers when we measure the outcome.
Although it is preferred to take at least(minimum) 3 months for planning stage.
3.2. Implementation stage
That is the stage where we implement everything according to the created plan. Implementation should take exactly 1 year and should start immediately after the financial audit of the structure.
That is the most hard stage due to coordination with the current process and educational initiatives to improve the skills and put familiarity on the production site.
With few words I can say that we have to show and train the people for the new process.
That is very hard task to remove the all habits of the workers and show them the new way.
3.3. Under watch stage
That is the stage where we already have done the implementation and we are ready to measure our income.
In this stage is very important that we overwatch everything to be according the plan and that the rules are followed through the entire time.
We can assign additional courses if necessary. The time needed for this stage is 1 year exactly.
