***Personal Post Incoming*** Following the success and insane support of our 12 hour Mental Health HIIT challenge last year, my best man Tom Altmann and I have decided to do it again and this year up the ante. In memory of my younger brother Guy Joseph (who took his own life in December 2022) and with the support of the Fitness Experts Harwell, we will be undertaking a 24 hour HIIT challenge on the 12th July to raise money for The Charlie Waller Trust & MIND; two charities who provide mental health & suicide support, education & training particularly for children and young adults. This year we're looking to complete a 45 minute HIIT class every 90 minutes for 24 hours, (ie 45 mins on/45 mins off) totaling sixteen 45 minute HIIT classes across the 24 hour period. The Fitness Experts Harwell will also be running a bake sale, raffle and other prizes/games on the day. People are more than welcome to join us for a class or five throughout the 24 hours (please message me) and any support/donations (no matter how small) would be greatly appreciated. I'm conscious a lot of my connections donated very generously last year so please don't feel any obligations to donate again. If you'd like to donate please find the link below; https://lnkd.in/em-fECSk Thanks for your support. x “Please Live On and find Joy in Life, that’s my final wish to you all” - an extract from Guys' last will and testament.

45 min AMRAP of burpees. Yuk. Great mission Geoff. All the best for it and looking forward to the report! I'm sure your brother would be very proud of you.

Good effort Geoff yet again, and a great cause. Full support of your colleagues behind you...although not sure how many are going to show up for the beasting!
