We cut the ribbon on our Belltower community and are thrilled to be welcoming residents to a blend of modern living and rich history! The Belltower is located in Louisville, Ky. in the Hikes Point neighborhood and features 276 apartment homes offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units. The Belltower stands as a testament to the spirit and heritage of this community. It’s important to note that the St. Barnabas Church and school, served residents on this land and in this area for many decades. As the Xpert Design & Construction team worked on the site, many locals came by to ask for pieces of the original buildings. In response, our construction workers set aside a pile of keepsake bricks from the original structure for the community to have. When you drive into this development, you will notice it includes the original bell tower that once stood next to St. Barnabas Church, serving as a poignant reminder of the site's legacy. The project has been made possible through the collaboration of various partners, consultants, and investors. Thank you to: Xpert Design & Construction – General Contractor Rickhaus Design- In house design architect Studio A- Architect of record Heritage Engineering- Civil Engineer Genesis Engineering Group Merchants Capital Cardinal Group Management- Property Management Company Since welcoming its first resident in February 2024, The Belltower has quickly become a sought-after living space, with over 10 percent of its units occupied and 18 percent leased as of June 1. Thank you to everyone who share in the belief that Everyone Deserves a Quality Place to Live.
