• The ideal candidate is an experienced manager that actively supports, develops, oversees, and engages team and achieves a high-performance.
• Has thorough knowledge of rights of way, drainage infrastructure and street maintenance operations.
• Has considerable knowledge of regulations and best practices related to division activities.
• Works systematically and thoroughly and provides well-developed plans and progress reports.
• Has experience with right-of-way capital projects and managing contracts and consultants.
• Has excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Has experience securing and leveraging federal and state funds and grants for projects.
• Represents the City and Public Works well, demonstrates the ability to speak to public and elected officials.
This is a full-time classified role that is eligible for full benefits and retirement.
