We can't stop smiling about this astounding review! Thank you for your kind and thoughtful words, Jeffrey. "I was in a predicament. I went to [another] facility and I wouldn’t get off the gurney. It was so bad, I had my case worker [guide me elsewhere] and he suggested Temecula Health Care in Temecula, CA. He said it was new and had a good reputation for care and cleanliness, so I went. I was completely shocked when I [entered]. The facility front entrance is grand and the first point of contact was Sydney, an awesome receptionist who always has a smile and has the answer for most questions. The next person I really need to congratulate on her professionalism is Cynthia, my case worker, always keeping me informed and explaining to me the process of my health care. The nurses are exceptional. Ester, my nurse, was very helpful and always on top of my medication and my sugar since I am a diabetic. Also Jessica was a very professional nurse. Also Rebecca, my nutritionist. I never once had a bad or cold meal. I also want to thank my physical trainer, Alivia, Lupita, Ann, and Jose who went out of their way to assist me in any physical therapy. The director is extremely friendly and supportive and helps you get strong again to return home and have a healthy life. My cnas - I can’t say enough about them, especially Elizabeth. You hit the call light and they are there immediately. The activities that are offered are very helpful - thank you Debra and Kathy. The maintenance men are extremely helpful also - thank you Ernie and Steven. [This facility is] the benchmark for this sort of health care. I manage several dealerships where customer service and excellence are expected - one of them is Beverly-Hills Mercedes Benz - the finest dealership in the world. I had an issue and it was corrected immediately by Jonabel, director of nursing. Another valued asset of the facility is Valeria. She was very happy and always willing to help in any way. She went out of her way to help. Definitely more but I unfortunately cannot remember them all. It’s a great facility to rehabilitate after surgeries or other health issues. Absolutely bring your family here." #GenerationsHealthcare #5StarReview #5StarCare #PatientTestimonial #SNF #RehabilitationCenter #RecoveryJourney
