Even though I do evangelize CRO for DTC brands. 🙌 But it is not the only tool in your brand's arsenal. 🛠️ There are other tools you can use for better conversion rates, AOV and LTV (stickiness). Some of these are: 1. brand identity - much more than logo & font 2. brand story - much more than "about us" 3. tone of voice - much more than copy 4. style of language used in the messaging 5. aesthetics - much more than design ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes, even aesthetics are important. Why? Because a Gen-Z girl won't drop 20% of her salary on a jewellery. Unless the jewellery brand's store & social aesthetics are on point. And, the messaging is in-line with her personal values. Now you can do CRO & tweak elements of your store such as CTAs, photos, pricing, product titles etc & call it a day's hard work. Or you can go the extra mile and work on other 5 points as well.
