Navigating the Road to Resilience – Part 2 In my previous post, I touched upon the concept of resilience as a strategic superpower that empowers both individuals and organizations to flourish amidst a constantly shifting landscape. Each of us can help our organizations embark on their Resilience Journey by demonstrating a mindset of continual improvement through practiced foresight, insight, hindsight, and oversight. I believe foresight is the first step on the Road to Resilience as it encourages organizations to search for opportunities, potential threats, impending problems, and provide a safe environment for people to raise and discuss ideas, issues, and concerns. Leaders with the knowledge and ability to “see the future” are more likely to design successful strategies and execute relevant plans which will advance their organization’s resilience journey.
