The mindset secrets of healthy people that the public doesn't know (but should) Healthy people, just like everyone else, enjoy different kinds of foods. They eat healthy food and not-so-healthy food. They cook at home and also like eating out. Not eating healthy all the time has enabled them to eat healthy most of the time. They don’t feel restricted. Their mindset revolves around balance, flexibility, and enjoyment. They prioritize overall well-being rather than strict rules. Here’s what drives their approach: 1. Flexibility: Flexibility is key. They see that occasional indulgences are part of a balanced lifestyle. They don't view them as failures. 2. Moderation: They practice moderation, enjoying treats while making predominantly healthy choices. 3. Mindful Eating: They focus on how foods make them feel. It's both physical and emotional. They aim for satisfaction and nourishment. 4. Long-Term View: They view health as a lifelong journey. Consistency in healthy habits is more important than occasional ups and downs. 5. Self-awareness: They are self-aware. They listen to their bodies' cues and adjust their eating habits accordingly. They do this without guilt or rigid rules. — ✍️ Which of these resonates with you? ♻️ Find this interesting? Great post! My only “advice” would be to completely drop the alcohol. It’s hard to say you prioritize your health otherwise. Regardless of what the internet says, alcohol is a body and mind killer. The diet can definitely be flexible though!! I love that advice

Totally agree, except from the alchohol part.

Great insight Gale! It can be easy to think that fit people are super humans that only eat broccoli and workout 24/7 lol 😅 Glad to see this reminder that fit people are intentional and honestly have TONS of fun too! #workhardplayhard

I agree! I love Pizza and really love chocolate-covered almonds. I just eat way less than I want.
