Reverse Lunge Clean* 2. Pushup 'Slide' Set 2: 1. Hinge Clean Press 2. 2wLiking the functionality of this workout – must be great for posture, too. I've been getting over my 'lack of gym' excuses and doing GREAT workouts with 25lb dumbbells and a 20lb kettlebell.
