I identified benchmark stores for uplift testing, aiding evidence-based decision-making. I'm thrilled to announce that I've completed my first 3 months as a Business Analyst at Rapido! 🎉 During this time, I've had the opportunity to dive deep into the world of analytics within a tech company, and I'm excited to share some insights with you. 🔍 Analytics is all about: Reporting (Dashboarding): Reporting is an integral part of providing insights into past performance and current trends. At Rapido, I've honed my skills in creating visually appealing dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and KPIs. While reporting is essential, I've also realized that focusing solely on this aspect can limit growth potential in the field. Strategic Decision Making (Real Analytics): The real power of analytics lies in its ability to drive strategic decision-making. This involves diving into data to run experiments, create segments for various use cases, assist in demand planning, develop pricing frameworks, and much more. Real analytics empowers businesses, like Rapido, to make data-driven decisions that have a tangible impact on their bottom line.

One of the traits that drew me to the team at MASS Analytics was their enthusiasm for analytics excellence and business growth.
