Last week, a few members of the G1 team had the great privilege of volunteering at the Shepherd Center by serving patients and their families during their weekly Family Dinner. Burgers, hot dogs and a few games of Bingo meant good times all around! Thank you to CWC Office Furniture for giving us the opportunity to join your team in giving back to the community.

It's a simple equation: to launch any integration successfully, you need to complete end-to-end testing successfully. That requires having the best testing processes and discipline established. Much like practicing for a sport, testing can seem tedious, but taking the time to do it correctly will almost always result in a better outcome. #b2bintegration #projectmanagement

It's that time of year again. Your calendar is screaming 'holiday season', but your to-do list is miles long. Let's flip the script. The holiday season brings with it a unique blend of excitement and stress. The anticipation of time off can often lead to a productivity slump. But what if we could harness that holiday energy and transform it into productivity fuel? It's not about working harder. It's about working smarter. 1. Prioritize. Not all tasks are created equal. Start by identifying and writing down your most critical tasks. What do you need to get done before the holidays? What can wait until after? 2. Break it down. Large tasks can be daunting. Break them down into manageable chunks to determine what the workload for the next few weeks will look like and be realistic! 3. Use technology. There are countless productivity apps and tools designed to make life easier. 4. Take breaks. Focus on bursts of productivity followed by breaks where you completely disconnect and step away from the computer. 5. Stay healthy. Eat well, exercise and get plenty of sleep. Your mind works best when your body is well taken care of. No magic wand can make the holiday rush disappear, but with these tips, you can keep the productivity ball rolling and enjoy a stress-free holiday break.
