Basically here you can find many playlist with different topics. Well I decide to add a little bit more funny, silly, stupid videos just for relax mind a bit. So why not bring some positive vibes, and emotion for people around. In the performing arts industry, diet is often spoken about in terms of deprivation⛔ This has unfortunately contributed (and is still contributing) to high numbers of eating disorders and disordered eating. What I am finding now though, is that our industry is so afraid to talk about diet and nutrition, that it isn’t being addressed at all in some spaces. This is causing higher injury rates, poor stress management, lack of energy, and an inability to focus. Performance nutrition is one of the tools I teach, and It isn’t about deprivation.
