Still thinking if electrification is suitable for land heavy transport or long haul? Major players on the market are confirming this and more. They are starting building their future based on electrification. #heavytransport #electrictrucks #moreplugs #emobility Good job #DKV and #Milence Aaaa....and also by the way #Siemens acquired #HELIOX, a major manufacturer of charging stations for #electricbuses #electrictrucks and #electricvehicles
Exciting News in eTruck Charging! DKV Mobility partners with Milence 🥁 Leading the way in climate-friendly mobility, DKV Mobility is expanding its acceptance network to include up to 400 kW truck-compatible EV charge points in Venlo. 🔌 Milence, committed to 1,700 high-capacity public charge points across Europe by 2027, joins forces with DKV Mobility's subsidiary GreenFlux. Accessible with the DKV Card +Charge, these new EV charge points are a game-changer for the transport sector. Sven Mehringer, MD Energy & Vehicle Services at DKV Mobility, emphasises the importance of such solutions in our future energy mix. “We are setting the course for establishing truck-compatible supply solutions for e-mobility through our partnership with Milence. 🤝” says Sven Mehringer. Roel Vissers, Chief Commercial Officer at Milence, says: “At our locations, you can find some of the highest power outputs available today of up to 400 kW. And we plan a swift transition to Megawatt Charging System (MCS) technology as soon as it becomes available, paving the way for charging speeds of up to and above 1,000 kW. ⚡️ This means that long-haul trucks with battery packages of 600 kWh and driving ranges of about 500 kilometres will be fully charged in just 30-45 minutes thanks to MCS technology.” 🌐 With over 564,000 public and semi-public EV charge points across Europe, DKV Mobility is your gateway to one of the largest networks. Join us on the road to a sustainable future! 🌿🚛 https://lnkd.in/dJhVq8G2 #YouDriveWeCare #eMobility #Partnership #Growth #Europe
