If you have a subscription offering... Instead of billing people every month, offer them a deal where they can pay you upfront for X months. For ex: If the stick rate on your subscription is for 4 months, offer them a deal if they purchase 4 months. The more money you can make upfront, the more you can spend on ads to get more customers which means you can keep scaling.
