Join our dynamic team as a Coordinator, a pivotal role supporting both sales and recruitment functions. We are looking for individuals with a strong tech acumen and the ability to adapt to new programs seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Utilize AI and automation tools to search for job requisites, screening potential candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Identify companies hiring for similar roles to explore marketing opportunities.
Maintain accurate data in our ATS through record management.
Drive business initiatives by making outbound calls for recruiting and sales teams.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
College degree preferred but not required.
Minimum 1 year of team support, sales, or recruiting coordination experience.
Must think like an innovator and be proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent phone skills....that means answering a phone and making calls!
