“To be successful at anything, the truth is you don’t have to be special. You just have to be what most people aren’t: consistent, determined and willing to work for it.” Tom Brady with powerful words from his Patriots Hall of Fame induction:

They should waive the 5 year rule for the GOAT and let him in the Hall of Fame now.

What he's saying couldn't be more true. I've always shared with my kids and others that you'll be better than 70% of the work force out there by just making the consistent effort. You don't have to carry a 4.0 GPA, you don't need an PhD, you don't have to be physically gifted. You will be more successful than most by just showing up every day. Be the best version of yourself and be willing to grow.

Great motivational speech from a true leader. As a Jets fan, I couldn’t stand him. However, there is a reason why they have multiple championships. A true leader who worked hard and embraced adversity.

This is a great sentiment even though I'm not a Patriots fan but anything that you do with consistency will always bring positive and good results to you this is one of the focuses that I've always instilled with all of my employees is that there is no expectation from me that you need to do a perfect job all that I ask is that you come in every single day with a mindset that you're going to do a consistently good job consistency is the key

Love this!! I took my football-playing teen son (about 14 yo) to see the Patriots play SuperBowl 52. I just LOVE that my son got to see the GOAT (and his team) LOSE!!! What a life lesson and gift. Life IS hard (which he knows, as he lost his dad too). But if you keep doing your best, care for your health, and don’t listen to the neigh-sayers, you can do great things. PS my son ultimately stopped playing high school football (during Covid) and promptly broke a foot playing intramural rugby his first semester at college! But he’s loving being IN PERSON in college.

I tell my family an important message… Do what others won’t so you can have what others don’t. Yes all you grammar nazis it’s a double negative but the message is short and sweet.
