What a story! One that we need to share broadly! The Ensign Pennant partnership! We are cut from the same cloth. Parellel core values, both organizations together on a mission to improve the care continuum. To provide life changing service in the post acute space. Our skilled nursing partners hosted some of us this week where we openly talked about what we need to do in order to improve our care across our organizations. Main takeaways- these are true partners, we need to embrace the EPCC partnership and treat them like cluster partners. Learn their buisness, meet often, share best practices, assist with opportunities and collaborate on new and innovative ideas on how to improve our care continuums, but most of all….tell the story. We have had significant growth in both Skilled nursing and HH Hospice we need to ensure our new employees know this relationship! So….tell the story!

What are our Core Values as a Coalition? Feasibility, Equity, Sustainable Impact, and Collaboration - all driving forces behind our mission to improve nursing home quality. As we navigate the complexities of improving the quality of care for nursing home residents, these values guide every step we take: 1. Feasibility: We focus on turning our vision into practical, actionable change. By including a range of perspectives and backgrounds on each committee, we ensure that our efforts translate into tangible improvements that benefit nursing home residents. 2. Equity: We are dedicated to fostering changes that increase equity in nursing home care. Recognizing the disparities that exist, we strive to include lived experiences even in the more technical initiatives so that all residents benefit. Equity is not just a goal but a fundamental principle that shapes our initiatives. 3. Sustainable Impact: Our commitment extends beyond immediate changes. We are working to identify and test initiatives that ultimately lead to lasting impact and withstand the test of time. 4. Collaboration: Change is a collective effort - most notably the perspectives of nursing home residents, their family members, care partners, providers, care workers, and a range of experts in the #longtermcare industry. Our collaborative spirit has been the catalyst for building a coalition that maintains a focus on identifying transformative change. Everyone deserves to age with dignity and quality care. 🌟 Join us in putting residents first: https://lnkd.in/eHQc-sYR Together, we can build a sustainable network that not only drives change now but continues to make a difference for generations to come. #MovingForward #NursingHomeQuality #CoreValues #Feasibility #Equity #SustainableImpact #Collaboration #EmpoweringChange #ChangeLeadership #SeniorLiving #ElderCare #LongTermCare

⚖️ We want to introduce a fairer and more effective approach to nursing and residential care. Tell us which new model you'd support. The current consultation is not just for those currently in care, their families and caregivers, but for all residents, as both models would require an overhaul of how we all pay for care. Review the information within the consultation and take part now. https://lnkd.in/euaCTBR9
