Let’s keep it crunchy this time 😉 It’s back to school and back to work and there’s nothing like an exciting #GrainFieldChickens crumbed chicken wrap to look forward to for lunch. You will need: * Grain Field Chickens Crumbed Chicken Strips * Whole wheat or spinach tortillas * Hummus * Sliced cucumbers * Cherry tomatoes, halved * Mixed greens (spinach, lettuce, arugula) * Feta cheese (optional) Method: 1. Heat the tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. 2. Spread a layer of hummus on the tortilla. 3. Add GFC crumbed chicken strips and top with cucumbers, tomatoes, mixed greens, and feta. 4. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy the #TasteofGFC at lunch time!

The Cobb salad is an American garden salad typically made with chopped salad greens (authentically romaine lettuce),[1] tomato, bacon, chicken breast, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, chives, blue cheese (often Roquefort; some versions use other cheeses such as cheddar or Monterey Jack, or no cheese at all) and red wine vinaigrette.[2][1] The ingredients are laid out on a plate in neat rows. It is served as a main course.
