BEETROOT AND LIES! What do they have in common? ... Combined with the principles of Dr. A. Vogel and the ideas of Dr. H. Le Compte, I found out that beetroot is a healthy vegetable. Packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. ... Beetroots and beetroot juice have numerous health benefits including improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance. ... One day, I thought, "I’ll grow beetroot myself, no chemicals, only fresh beetroot." When these were fully developed, the day came, and I started making beetroot juice. I drank a large glass in one go. ... What happened afterward was unbelievable, I could hardly accept it. I got itchy everywhere, especially in places where the skin was fragile. ... Believe it or not, it wasn't fun! Of course, I had too much for my body to handle, considering I never had drunk beetroot juice before. ... ••• The Moral of the Story is when you do something outside of your comfort zone, you might get nervous and itchy. Imagine going on a parachute jump tomorrow or applying for a dream job, a confrontation with spiders or snakes, and seeing someone you haven't seen in years. And yes, the first time you exaggeratedly drink beetroot juice. ... The heart starts pumping harder. This makes the blood flow faster, and in places where the skin is fragile, you get itchy. This is also the case with a lie! A lie is something our body does not accept as natural. Have you ever seen someone lying? Next time, pay attention to whether the person is also itching or scratching. ...
