The theme this month is Joyful June. Think of ways we cultivate joy in our daily lives, it will feel good and also help us cope on tough days. Here are some Joyful June Tips: 1. Capture Joyful Moments: Create a collection of small, joyful moments. Take a daily photo of something that makes you smile. This collection will be a great resource on tough days. 2. Spread Joy: Make others happy with compliments and kind gestures. Leave a note of appreciation for a colleague or surprise a friend with a treat. 3. Add Fun to Routines: Make daily tasks enjoyable. Play your favorite music while cooking or explore new routes on your morning walk.
