Philosophical question: How do a group of people who don't know each other build trust to become willing to engage in valuable conversations? Let's say a group of people meeting each other for the first time at a conference, or at an organization, how do they lower the barrier-to-chat? I've been pondering this question in thinking about how to help members find community through Groups on LI. Comment 👇 Aditi Mediratta Aryel Cianflone Wenjun Wu

One should always know their value & place and make or take right opportunities.
📍We often compromise who we are to fit into certain groups, but the truth is we don't have to assimilate. We should always be true to ourselves and if that means being unsuitable for a specific audience then so be it. We may not be right for everyone, but we will always find our community. So stop trying to fit in and start celebrating your differences. Happy Sunday! 😊 Thoughts! Write-up: Amer Kayyal

It's important to engage in open and respectful dialogue to understand different perspectives and work towards common goals. If you'd like to take action, consider reaching out to your community, engaging with local representatives, and participating in constructive conversations to effect positive change. Remember to approach these discussions with an open mind and a willingness to listen to others as well.

Indeed, if we all acted with kindness, empathy, and a genuine desire to help each other, the world would be a much more beautiful and harmonious place. Human cooperation, compassion, and understanding are powerful forces for positive change, and they can lead to a more inclusive and caring global community. Small acts of kindness and support, whether they're helping a neighbor, offering a listening ear to a friend in need, or participating in community initiatives, can have a ripple effect, inspiring others to do the same. Together, we can create a world where people come together to address challenges, celebrate diversity, and build a brighter future for everyone. So, let's continue to promote empathy, cooperation, and goodwill towards one another to make the world a more beautiful place for all.

The POWER & MAGIC of Words -> Read This <- Life changing Moments & Movements Real Life Values & Success Winning & Loosing | Winners & Loosers It means so much to each of us and is understood in so many different ways and avenues.. But without kindness, understanding, transparency, loyalty, honesty, being supportive, planning, structure and discipline we will never be able to achieve our goals and plans.. One said: Ships are easier to steer when the sea is calm. So a captain’s wit and endurance is tested when it storms, when a ship breaks, or when the chartered course isn’t taken. These are challenging times and challenges to conquer in ones life. Please remember that it is easier to feel confident in command when everything is going well. But real leaders are made in the line of fire and in hellfire. They act when everyone else gives up. The lead by example and push their limits to lead exceptionally.. Success comes to those who don‘t quit and never give up.. Those who keep pushing ahead and even harder when progress is unseen, seems slow or is even staggering.. Because your breakthrough could be there any second of any hour of any day of any week of any month and any year of that moment right around the corner.. Keep Going, Never Stop & Never Give Up your Hope & Belief in YOU.. DON‘T LET OTHERS RUIN IT FOR YOU or TAKE IT FROM YOU - don’t let them piling you up with their Garbage and Trash 🗑️.. 🙏🏽 Like this post -> REPOST IT & FOLLOW ME for more 🙏🏽 Tag a leader you appreciate & value 🙏🏽

I was at a Chelsea match a month ago. They played against West Ham and won 5-0. The vibe was just FIRE!🔥 Seeing everyone come together, cheering, and supporting their team made me realize the importance of having a supportive community. When you’re working hard to reach your goals, having people that cheers you on can make all the difference. They provide: ↳ Encouragement. ↳ Help you stay motivated. ↳ Support during tough times. ↳ Celebrate your achievements. Which will make you work harder for your goals. How to build a supportive community? → Offer help and advice. → Engage with others regularly. → Be authentic and transparent. → Celebrate others’ achievements. How to maintain a supportive community? → Foster open communication. → Show appreciation and gratitude. → Be responsive and approachable. → Encourage mutual support and respect. Benefits of having a supportive community? → Increased motivation and focus. → A sense of belonging and security. → Access to diverse perspectives and ideas. → Opportunities for collaboration and growth. So, build and nurture your community. ♡ Offer help! ♡ Engage with others! ♡ Celebrate each other’s wins! ♡ Be supportive during tough times! With your community, you can achieve so much more. Useful? For more → Nikolett Jaksa! 💙 PS. Do you have a supportive community?

In a world where it can be difficult to make yourself heard, having a strong community can make all the difference. Our communities can serve as powerful amplifiers, ensuring that our voices are heard loud and clear. Whether it's through sharing our stories or standing up for us in the face of adversity, our communities offer support and validation in a way that nothing else can. They provide us with a space to share our struggles and triumphs, and to connect with others who have had similar experiences. So, how has your community helped amplify your voice? Have they provided you with a platform to share your message? Offered words of encouragement when you needed them most? Or perhaps they simply listened when you needed someone to talk to. Whatever the case may be, we want to hear your stories. Let's celebrate the power of community and the strength that comes from lifting each other up. Photo Cred: Terrianna Lyles, Pinterest

I empower professionals to become effective leaders worth following. DM me the word LEADERSHIP and we'll talk about how I can help you.
Do you have a community that keeps you accountable and allows you to have deep, authentic, and reflective conversations? Having a group of peers who you can show up fully with is crucial to becoming someone worth following. Without it, you either aren't able to show up fully or are stuck in an echo chamber of people who reflect back what you already know. Who do you have that allows you to stretch and grow, to show up fully, vulnerably, and courageously?
