Today, we kicked off the INT. weekly sales meet, fyi. Okay, so what happened in this session? 1. Every frontline INTian got 5 minutes to passionately narrate their best opening sales call ever. Best means what made them feel 'best' and not necessarily the outcome of the call. 2. Over numerous stories, we reached a conclusion that effective opening calls were more about the person calling and less about what they were pitching/selling. So we've decided that we are going to increase our likeability by becoming better humans. To achieve this, we will perform one selfless act of giving each day. (Promises made) 3. We also realised that breakfast, no matter how thoughtfully ordered, often falls short, so we've assigned the weekly culinary responsibility to Rajarshi Chatterjee. Brother, may you always be blessed. 💡 In the pic, we have Sreejoni Das narrating an insightful first call incident which happened sometime back. It made all of us come away from the meeting wiser.
