Friday afternoons are a great time to do sales workshops and knowledge exchange sessions. Clients are wrapping up the day and not very responsive to emails or calls and the team is building up energy for the weekend ⚡ In today's sales role-play session: ��� Everyone was the first to give themself feedback after their own pitch 😬 Everyone representing the client very accurately presented a challenging scenario 🍕 All the reference examples were about pizza - perhaps LANCH can help make sure we have snacks for the next session 😅 Super proud of our growing commercial team Torg 🚀 #PrivateLabelSales #SourcingMadeSimple

Did you know that our Sales Team is contiously expanding? With that, we wanted to share some stats from last month🤑 ✅ New restaurants: 60% growth month-on-month ✅ New business appointments: 60% growth month-on-month ✅ Deals closed: 120% growth month-on-month

If you’re new to Sales or BD… stop doing this. “I wanted to Follow Up”; “I wanted to Circle Back”; Don’t!!!!! How are you supposed to differentiate yourself from the other 20 sales reps or 100 sales pitches clients are getting every week? Be direct. Be confident. Be of value. Do this. “Hi Sean / Susan, we spoke last week about your event proposal; am confident my team and I cannot only deliver but exceed your requirements. I can have a contract sent as soon as possible and move forward in the booking process. Speak soon.“ I am not recommending a non proven statement. Feel free to use it. Tweak it. But for the love of Starbucks coffee ☕️…. Stop using “follow up or circling back” Have an awesome day selling and go and “win the day”

Today, we kicked off the INT. weekly sales meet, fyi. Okay, so what happened in this session? 1. Every frontline INTian got 5 minutes to passionately narrate their best opening sales call ever. Best means what made them feel 'best' and not necessarily the outcome of the call. 2. Over numerous stories, we reached a conclusion that effective opening calls were more about the person calling and less about what they were pitching/selling. So we've decided that we are going to increase our likeability by becoming better humans. To achieve this, we will perform one selfless act of giving each day. (Promises made) 3. We also realised that breakfast, no matter how thoughtfully ordered, often falls short, so we've assigned the weekly culinary responsibility to Rajarshi Chatterjee. Brother, may you always be blessed. 💡 In the pic, we have Sreejoni Das narrating an insightful first call incident which happened sometime back. It made all of us come away from the meeting wiser.
