Be kind and caring. When you see someone who needs help, approach them with empathy, not judgment. Small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Pay attention. When you're helping, focus on the person and their needs, not yourself. Do what you can. Offer what you're able to, whether it's resources, skills or just being there to listen. Respect boundaries. Make sure the person is comfortable with your help. Pass it on. Help others freely, without expecting anything in return. Your kindness can inspire others. The key is to help others with compassion, not for praise or reward. Even a small act of kindness can have a big impact.

It's free, it's easy, and it's something we can all do. A genuine smile can change someone's world. A kind word or a compliment can make someone feel seen and valued.
